This is how we work, in house

Your responsibilities, Lead SAP TM solution design, configuration, and implementation on client projects., Conduct fit-gap analysis and design end-to-end transportation management solutions aligned with business needs., Prepare and maintain functional specifications, solution design documents, and test scripts., Support system integration, UAT, and hypercare phases, ensuring quality delivery., Participate in pre-sales engagements: solution presentations, demos, client discovery sessions., Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and proposal preparation, including scope definition and effort estimation., Coordinate efficiently across multiple time zones, maintaining availability during late hours for international alignment and during critical project phases (go-live, cutover, UAT).

3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP TM implementation and configuration, including at least two full end-to-end lifecycles (design to go-live)., Expertise in supply chain and logistics business processes, specifically in transportation planning, freight settlement, and carrier management., Ability to facilitate workshops, analyze business processes, and translate requirements into functional and technical SAP TM solutions., Strong communication skills to clearly present solutions to both technical teams and C-level stakeholders., Capability to work independently and effectively manage your own workstream within larger programs., Polish B2., English B2.
