What we\u2019re looking for

Required qualifications:

  • Secondary, technical or higher education
  • English at B2 level or above (spoken and written)
  • At least 3 years of experience in game development
  • Good knowledge of Unreal Engine
  • Experience with particle systems and visual effects, especially UE Niagara
  • Knowledge of C++, Python or MAXScript
  • Experience with version control systems (Git, Perforce, etc.)
  • Experience with at least one 3D modelling tool (3ds Max, Maya, Blender or similar)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Substance

  • Degree in Design, Multimedia or a related field
  • Experience with other game engines
  • Knowledge of sculpting tools such as ZBrush
  • Experience with Corona Renderer or other offline rendering solutions
  • Advanced scripting skills in C++, Python or MAXScript
  • Understanding of WebGL
  • Experience working with AI tools, neural networks and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry

What you\u2019ll do

  • Provide technical support to the Design team, helping solve complex technical challenges related to tools, workflows, game code and Blueprints
  • Support Artists and Engineers with asset validation, optimization and troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions for art production pipelines
  • Create and integrate game assets and environments when needed
  • Edit, clean and optimize character animations
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices for the team
  • Research and implement new technologies, tools and workflows to improve production efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with Developers, Designers and other stakeholders
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to existing processes and pipelines
  • Maintain project files and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks
  • Participate in design reviews, team meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Support team members during absences when requiredReport progress and project status to the direct manager
