About the project

We are looking for an experienced Integration Developer to join a project focused on platform engineering and automation within a global, cross-functional technology environment. You will contribute to the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of integration platform operations, with a strong emphasis on automation and operational excellence. The role is hybrid and based in Warsaw, offering you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Your responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining automation scripts to reduce manual operational effort
• Identifying repetitive operational activities and driving automation initiatives to improve efficiency
• Developing automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting, or platform-specific tools
• Managing platform capacity and performance to ensure availability, scalability, and optimal resource utilization
• Designing and implementing self-healing and auto-remediation solutions for common operational failures
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform stability and performance
• Owning platform capacity management, including utilization monitoring, growth forecasting, and capacity planning
• Identifying recurring issues and driving continuous service improvement
• Supporting major incidents and service restoration activities
• Interfacing between internal and external providers within an international context

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of expertise in MuleSoft platform management, focusing on platform operations
• Deep expertise in MuleSoft Omni Gateway and Terraform
• Strong command of GitHub and OpenShift
• Practical knowledge of API security standards and implementation, including OAuth and OpenID
• Foundational-level expertise in AWS and Azure
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Argo CD
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including technical information synthesis and multicultural environment facilitation
• Advanced level of English
