Your responsibilities

• Providing support to the Finance Team in receiving, reviewing, and checking financial documents for completeness
• Processing incoming payments using financial systems and tools
• Reporting on activities related to processed documents
• Supporting simple tasks performed by the Finance Team according to priorities, such as reviewing customers' open items, checking customer accounts, and reconciling and analyzing account balances during the month-end close process
• Contributing to the improvement of existing reporting templates and tools in Excel
• Participating in weekly and monthly Finance Team meetings
• Preparing and verifying documents for audit purposes in administration
• Supporting the Internal Control System

Our requirements

• Actively pursuing a degree, preferably in administration or finance
• Interest in finance processes
• Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
• Knowledge of German is a plus
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to share knowledge and learn new tasks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Desire to gain first valuable experience and work in an international company
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proactive and eager to learn
