Middle Software Engineer (.NET)

• 2-3 years of software development experience with a focus on .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, RESTful services and engineering best practices.
• Practical experience with Angular and foundational knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Working knowledge of SQL Server or similar, ORMs such as Entity Framework, Git, Agile delivery, and basic exposure to Azure/AWS and CI/CD pipelines.

You will join an Accuris engineering team building and maintaining the software behind our engineering intelligence products - backend services, web applications, APIs, frontend integration, databases and cloud-enabled delivery. What team would I join?

An Engineering Workbench engineering team in Gdansk, working with hiring manager Oleg. The team builds full-stack features - C#/.NET Core services with Angular frontends - across backend services, APIs and web applications, side by side with QA, DevOps, Product Owners and Business Analysts.

What do you look for?

What does the process look like?

Three stages: (1) an intro call with Mateusz (recruiter screen), (2) a ~1-hour conversation with the hiring manager covering technical topics and ways of working, and (3) a panel with two team members - one technical deep-dive, one focused on collaboration and culture. The whole process typically takes about 2-3 weeks, there are no take-home assignments , and you receive feedback after every stage. Interviews are conducted in English.

Where would I work?

Gdansk, Poland, on a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office). We are opening a brand-new office in the Alchemia complex in central Gdansk in Aug/Sep 2026. Gdansk is Accuris' second engineering hub after Denver - you would be joining at the greenfield stage and helping shape it.

What are the benefits?
