Your responsibilities
- Works collaboratively with the CCO, VP Key Accounts, KA Managers, and the wider organisation to drive Flint Group’s growth ambitions
- Communicates with staff from other areas of the organisation to resolve customer issues and/or support the Key Account team
- Coordinates the process of centralising price lists and updates prices
- Works with KA Managers/Directors to free up their capacity to focus on winning and retaining business and managing key account relationships
- Helps KA Managers/Directors develop their analytical skills
- Coordinates the scheduling of VP Key Accounts – KA Manager/Director review discussions
- Helps KA Managers develop and refine customer value propositions
- Uses C4C, PriceFX, and other relevant sales systems to maintain up-to-date customer records and set up enquiries and business cases for approvals
- Supports KA Managers with presentations and sales content for key customer-facing interactions
- Generates sales reports and statistics
- Supports the preparation of Top-to-Top meetings
- Builds relationships with customers and acts as an active point of contact
Our requirements
- Analytical and able to quickly interpret large sets of unstructured data into clear, concise insights
- Independent, resilient and adept at prioritising workload
- Inquisitive, engaged and keen to develop
- Excellent organisational skills
- A naturally strategic thinker with the ability to convey complex, analytical issues concisely and eloquently
- A highly proficient user of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP
- Experience working with large data sets and using advanced Excel features to provide clear and concise analysis
- Experience writing/designing customer-facing material or in a junior sales role is an advantage
- Fluent English. Further language skills (Italian, French, German) would be an advantage.

Role purpose:
- The purpose of the role is to support Key Accounts by providing back-office support to Sales and Technical Key Account teams.
- The BSC will work within the Key Account team and closely collaborate with KA and Technical KA Managers/Directors by:
- providing back-office support
- centralising and supporting the execution of price lists and tenders
- executing defined sales processes and procedures to achieve operational targets or service standards key to business delivery
- supporting Sales in the day-to-day management of Key Accounts
- supporting Sales in the preparation of Value Propositions and presentations for meetings or specific negotiations
- acting as a global bridge to the wider FG organisation (regional teams, Global Strategy & Marketing, Finance, Digitalisation, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain)
- collecting and analysing data to guide and support discussions related to account strategies
- preparing and optimising analytical data and monthly reports
