Twój zakres obowiązków

• Issuing and verifying sales invoices and entering them into the ERP system and the accounting system.
• Verifying purchase invoices and entering them into the ERP system and the accounting system.
• Supervising the circulation of delivery documents, pro forma invoices, and electronic documents.
• Reconciling accounts receivable and payable balances with customers and suppliers.
• Preparing and monitoring reports on receivables and payables.
• Planning, monitoring, and reporting cash flows.
• Recording and controlling the receipt and issue of goods and products.
• Preparing monthly cost calculations and the related accounting entries.
• Preparing monthly financial reports in accordance with the month-end closing schedule and submitting them to headquarters.
• Preparing data and documents for tax settlements and social security contributions (ZUS).
• Systematic organizing and archiving of invoices and accounting documentation.
• Supporting inventory processes and participating in the recording and reporting of inventory discrepancies.

Nasze wymagania

• Secondary or higher education (accounting, finance, economics)
• English B1 written and spoken (must have)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting / invoice handling
• Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of accounting principles, tax settlements, and social security (ZUS)
• Accuracy, reliability, and strong document-handling skills
• Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with other departments
