Lead delivery of internal IT projects, coordinating plans, risks, timelines, and technical execution across environments.

System Standards Development: Design, document, and improve system standards, best practices, and operational support procedures.

Infrastructure Troubleshooting: Research, diagnose, and resolve complex issues across on‑premises and cloud infrastructure environments.

Assess hardware, software, and vendor solutions to support scalable and secure IT operations.

Operational Support: Support physical and virtual deployments while ensuring availability, performance, and compliance.

Coach team members and collaborate with technical stakeholders across departments.

Requirements

• Microsoft Server Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Windows Server versions, management tools, and enterprise administration.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and modern endpoint management solutions.
• Identity & Policy Management: Strong experience with Active Directory, LDAP administration, and Group Policy design.
• Scripting & Automation: Advanced skills in PowerShell or similar scripting languages for automation and efficiency.
• Networking & Troubleshooting: Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, operating systems, and troubleshooting concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise virtualization platforms in production environments.
