Recruitment for

For our Client - an international manufacturing company located in Strzelin - we are looking for a Junior Accountant to join their Finance Team.

Your responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Process and post AP, AR, and general ledger transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare reports, reconciliations, and financial analyses for the Finance team.
• Support tax reporting processes, including VAT-related activities.
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders and international teams.
• Participate in finance process improvement initiatives and ERP-related projects.

Our requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or currently completing studies).
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• English at a communicative level (minimum B2).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Optional

• Experience with an ERP system will be considered an advantage.
