Your responsibilities

• Handle credit notes with accuracy and efficiency
• Process and record customer orders and inquiries
• Collaborate closely with the outdoor sales teams
• Maintain and update customer data in our ERP/CRM system

Our requirements

• Fluent in German (B2/C1) and English (B1/B2), both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Detail-oriented with an accurate work style
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Optional

• Completed commercial training (ideally)
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce
• Previous work experience in a global organization
