Katowice is also the location for our second structure - the Regional Delivery Center, whose task is to serve the European markets of our clients, companies from the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 rankings. As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.
Discover the Role
As part of TMF’s RDC transformation, this role leads delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement across multi-jurisdictions. It fosters a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodologies and supporting frameworks to deliver business transformation, reduce cost to serve and improve service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
· Lead implementation of new technologies (e.g., Workflow tool, automation), new processes and internal controls within RDCs.
· Manage complex, multi-country projects to deliver within quality, time and cost constraints.
· Identify and deliver service improvement activity using Lean/Six Sigma; benchmark processes and implement best-in-class practices.
· Lead and facilitate process-improvement workshops; embed Lean Visual Management and Capacity Planning with operational teams.
· Provide regular, accurate and appropriate reporting to stakeholders on progress, risks and benefits.
· Support automation opportunities identification and coach RDC resources to adopt new ways of working.
Compliance
· Ensure business impact, dependencies and risks are identified, tracked and managed throughout change initiatives.
Customers
· Work with key business stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment.
· Design and deploy effective change management techniques to influence, train and guide operational teams.
· Deliver better value and greater efficiency through elimination of unnecessary complexity and waste.
Key Requirements
Experience
· Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives across multi-jurisdictions and matrix organizations.
· Hands-on implementation of Lean solutions, process/value stream mapping, and remediation plans delivering measurable benefits.
· Managing complex multi-country projects; effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
· Experience working in agile ways of working within delivery centre environments.
Education and trainings
· Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
· Formal training/experience in change management and/or Agile (e.g., Scrum/Kanban).
Technical skills
· Process modelling & value stream mapping; root cause and waste analysis.
· Workflow and automation tooling exposure,
· KPI design, visual management, capacity planning and continuous monitoring of trends/variations.
· Advanced use of productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with BI tooling (e.g., Power BI)
· Proficiency in Microsoft office
· Ability to build automation tools using VBA, Power Automate
Language skills
· Fluency in English is required.
· Polish or additional European languages are an advantage
