Recruitment for

Currently for one of our clients, a multi-channel distributor and franchise partner for the Pandora jewellery brand operating across the CEE region, we are seeking a results-driven Training and Support Manager. You will be responsible for international markets with base at the HQ office in Warsaw, Poland.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct engaging training sessions and workshops (both online and offline) across the CEE region
• Identify training needs and development areas through performance analysis and regular store visits (minimum twice per year per store)
• Ensure consistent Brand standards and customer service quality across all stores
• Design and implement training materials aligned with business goals, cycle launches and store managers’ needs
• Support onboarding and continuous development of employees and store managers
• Organize and manage sales competitions to drive engagement, maximize KPIs, motivate and support sales teams to reach the highest possible sales results
• Collaborate with store managers to improve team performance and customer service standards
• Manage and coordinate the Mystery Shopper program
• Monitor training completion and engagement levels to improve outcomes
• Track and report on training metrics to measure impact on ROI of training programs
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in training and development

Our requirements

• BA or MA degree in Training and Develompent, Retail Management or a related field
• Min. 5+ years of experience as a training manager or in a similar role in corporate training, with a demonstrable track record of designing and implementing training programs within retail
• Fluency in English (C1 level is a must have)
• Project management skills for managing training initiatives and timelines
• Solid ability to assess training needs and develop training plans
• Strong leadership and team management abilities to inspire and motivate others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving business goals through effective training and development initiatives
• Proficiency in working with training technology platforms
• Presentable, self-motivated, proactive, and independent with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• The Training and Support Manager will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs to support business performance and employee development across the CEE region.
