About the project

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Developer to join our Hyperautomation Tribe. You will focus on developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly in building agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio. This role offers flexibility with remote, hybrid, or office work options across various locations in Poland. If you are passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive automation and efficiency, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

Your responsibilities

• Developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and the Power Platform to enhance business processes
• Building and deploying agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio to streamline operations
• Designing and managing data solutions using Dataverse to support application functionality
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions
• Implementing Agentic AI capabilities to improve automation and user experience
• Participating in the continuous improvement of development processes and practices
• Providing technical guidance and support to team members

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Microsoft technologies
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and the Power Platform
• Practical experience with Dataverse and Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI and its applications
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
• An advanced level of English
