System Analyst

Analyze, clarify, and formalize business and technical requirements

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including end-to-end integration scenarios for system interactions

Model business processes and architectural solutions using UML diagrams (Sequence, ERD, etc.)

Create User Stories, participate in task estimation, and define tasks for development teams

Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders throughout all stages of the development lifecycle

Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst, working with integrations and microservices architecture (web/mobile)
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and UML for process and system modeling
• Experience in UI prototyping
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL) and experience or familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence (or similar tools), and API tools (Swagger, Postman, SoapUI, etc.)

Nice to have

• Understanding of core software architecture patterns
• Experience in insurance, banking, or fintech projects
• Ability to analyze integration architectures and design architecture/data flow diagrams
• Basic knowledge of information security.
