Twój zakres obowiązków

• Manage a team of Payroll Specialists and Supervisors, including setting goals, developing skills and building employee engagement.
• Ensure timely, compliant and high-quality payroll and HR services for a portfolio of clients.
• Monitor service quality, KPI and SLA performance, and identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, lead business meetings and support the resolution of complex payroll and HR matters.
• Manage operational risks and ensure compliance with labour law, social security and payroll tax regulations.
• Work closely with HR, Tax, Accounting, IT and other teams to provide comprehensive client services and deliver cross-functional projects.
• Support new client implementations and projects focused on payroll automation, standardization and process improvement.
• Identify opportunities to develop services and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor changes in legislation and market trends affecting payroll.

Nasze wymagania

• At least 10 years of experience in HR and payroll, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labour law, social security regulations and payroll-related tax matters.
• Proven experience in team management, business client relationships and managing multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage change and build team engagement.
• Practical knowledge of HR and payroll systems.
