Your responsibilities, Create a product strategy and vision aligned with the company's business goals, and set product goals (e.g., OKRs), Analyze the market, competition, and trends to identify new product opportunities, Lead Continuous Discovery - validate hypotheses (prototypes, MVPs, A/B tests) and gather feedback from customers and sales, Create and maintain the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and prioritize work, clearly justifying decisions, Translate business and user needs into requirements, user stories, and PRDs, Be the main point of contact for the development team and accept delivered functionalities, Define and monitor success metrics (adoption, retention, conversion, revenue) and report on results, Lead sales products in cross-functional collaboration and co-create go-to-market plans for new offerings

Documented, commercial product experience (min. 3 years) - having delivered at least one product at scale, Experience in the full product development cycle: ideation, validation, delivery, continuous discovery, An approach that prioritizes outcomes over mere scope of work (output), Experience in the travel industry and in delivering sales products for both internal teams and external clients - you understand seasonality, the booking and sales process, and reservation systems, Knowledge of product and agile working methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban), Data analysis skills and basic familiarity with analytical tools, Knowledge of prioritization techniques and backlog management, Basic understanding of the software development process, enabling effective collaboration with the technical team, Very good teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills - working with multiple stakeholders with different priorities, A documented ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority (leadership without authority), The ability to make decisions under conditions of uncertainty and incomplete data, Good self-organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel, Knowledge of the travel industry
