Senior Business Analyst - Financial Accounting

Location & Work Model Warsaw, Gdynia, Gdańsk or Łódź Hybrid work – 2/3 days per week from the office Project Start ASAP Language English (daily communication) About the role We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support business transformation initiatives within the Financial Accounting domain. In this role, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, facilitate workshops, and drive the successful implementation of business and process enhancements across complex enterprise environments. Responsibilities Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Drive business process improvement initiatives across multiple teams Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions Perform data-driven analysis to support business decisions Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, and project teams Support the implementation of process improvements and organizational changes Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle Requirements (must-have) Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst Strong experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management Experience working in large, complex organizations Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and IT teams Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience facilitating workshops and requirements gathering sessions Ability to perform data-driven analysis and translate findings into business improvements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent English Nice to have Experience in Financial Accounting Experience with Traded Financial Instruments Experience in the Liquidity domain Experience within banking or financial services What we offer Opportunity to work on strategic business transformation initiatives International and collaborative working environment Close cooperation with business and technology teams Long-term project within the financial sector Hybrid work model and opportunities for professional growth
