Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:

  • Manage digital and e-commerce projects from briefing through to successful project completion.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Design, Strategy, Content, Copywriting, and Production.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted day-to-day partner.

  • Lead project status updates, monitor timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Prepare project estimates, support budget management, and oversee project profitability.

  • Translate business requirements and client needs into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams.

  • Ensure high quality standards across all deliverables and compliance with client and retailer requirements.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, file management, and process compliance.

 

 

What you’ll need to succeed (we’re open for different levels of expertise):

 

Junior Account Executive

  • Minimum 1 year of any previous job experience preferably in sales, customer care, digital, marketing, e-commerce, or advertising agency.

  • Initial experience in project coordination or client service is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent C1 level English communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to develop within a Client Service environment.

 

Account Executive

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in account management, project management, or client service roles.

  • Experience managing day-to-day client communication independently.

  • Understanding of project management processes, budgeting, and resource planning.

  • Excellent C1 level English communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with creative, strategic, and production teams.

  • Experience within e-commerce, FMCG, beauty, or retail industries would be an advantage.

 

Key challenges to be met in this role:

  • Managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ensuring briefs and project documentation are complete, accurate, and actionable for delivery teams.

  • Taking ownership of project delivery and proactively identifying potential risks before they impact timelines.

  • Building strong, long-term client relationships while balancing business objectives and delivery excellence.

  • Maintaining high-quality standards despite changing priorities and evolving client expectations.
