Engineering Manager

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience in software development, with proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS and cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Expertise in microservices architecture, APIs, and web services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge

• Prior experience in the airline or travel industry, with knowledge of distribution, pricing, sales, and servicing.
• Understanding of IATA’s New Distribution Capability (NDC) and other relevant standards.

• Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong ability to mentor, coach, and develop talent.
• Experience in hiring, performance evaluation, and career development.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
