We’re looking for a Product Owner (CRM & Marketing Automation) ready to take on a next challenge. Our Client is an international product-based company with a small IT center in Katowice.

Employment terms:

• Employment contract
• Salary up to 17 000 PLN gross/month + annual bonus
• Office in Katowice – 2 office days/week preferred

In this role you will:

• Hold an independent role being an owner of CRM & marketing automation tools such as: Sap C4C, Oracle Eloqua, company page based on Sitecore,
• Be a liaison between the business and technical teams on solutions delivery and improvement,
• Define and execute the strategy of CRM/marketing automation service,
• Managed the cooperation with external IT vendor as well as the budget and cost forecasts,
• Make sure that applications are secure, effective and available,
• Take care about reporting around application performance and user satisfaction,
• Drive improvement initiatives and propose more advanced and modern solutions for the application renewal planned.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience in an independent role as a Product/Platform/Tool Owner across CRM/marketing automation solutions,
• Good communication skills, ability to handle competing priorities and communication with stakeholders on various level coming from both IT and sales/marketing business,
• Continuous improvement and ownership mindset,
• ITIL Foundation certification, Project Management methodologies or similar working experience,
• Communicative English – min. B2.
