Offshore Steel Structures Business Development Lead

BSB Industry is seeking a Business Development Manager for offshore steel structures at their new site in Świnoujście, Poland. This role involves driving new business, working closely with the CEO and Plant Director, and impacting commercial strategy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to capture new opportunities within the offshore sector. You will represent the company at industry events and develop both domestic and international markets.
