IT Project Manager (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity)

About the project, We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and NIS2 compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex technology projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices at six countries and 11 suborganisations., You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, external vendors, and executive management to successfully deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Your responsibilities, Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance-related projects., Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies., Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure, Security, Network, Cloud, and Operations st 6 countries., Support the implementation of security frameworks, governance processes, and regulatory initiatives, including NIS2., Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee presentations., Manage relationships with external vendors and implementation partners., Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans, KPI., Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive presentations., Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field., Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects., Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects., Good understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, identity management, backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity concepts., Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex multilanguage enterprise environments., Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills., Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities., Fluent English (written and spoken).

Optional, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification., Knowledge of NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or similar security standards., Familiarity with ITIL practices., Experience managing international or cross-functional projects.
