Your responsibilities

• Prompt responding to customer queries via email or phone
• Active search and the leads generation in responsible region, providing the first contact meeting, understanding the needs of the client
• Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
• Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments
• Ability to independent business travels, 20% working time
• Attending workshops and meetings as required.
• Respecting client confidentiality at all times.

Our requirements

• Business and communications skills
• Practical experience with CRM
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• The ability to respond appropriately under pressure
• Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
• English B1/B2, other language as French, Italian, German preffered
• A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients
• The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
