For our client, production company located in Złotniki (Poznań district), we are looking for a skilled Cisco Network Specialist to join IT infrastructure team. In this role, you will take ownership of maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network architecture, ensuring high availability and robust security across Cisco-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and manage Cisco network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance, ensure high availability, and provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Participate in network design, optimization, and migration projects to enhance infrastructure capacity.
• Implement and manage secure VPN connections, access control lists (ACLs), and firewall security policies.
• Collaborate with internal IT infrastructure teams and manage relationships with external partners.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical network documentation.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven hands-on experience in network administration or engineering.
• Cisco Ecosystem: Solid experience managing Cisco hardware and software (Catalyst Center, Nexus, ISR routers, Firepower firewalls).
• Protocols & Routing: Understanding of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP).
• Security & Wireless: Experience with IPsec VPNs, network access control (Cisco ISE), and corporate Wi-Fi management.
• Certifications: Active CCNP Enterprise (or a strong CCNA with equivalent mid-level professional experience).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Languages: Professional working proficiency in English.
