The role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Portfolio Integration department, ensuring close cooperation with NARTD brand owners to achieve business objectives and align all campaigns and products with the company’s strategic priorities. The position drives the development and execution of portfolio strategy across Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, covering brands such as Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Kinley, Schweppes, Monster, Burn, Fuzetea, Cappy, Neptunas, and Kropla Beskidu. A key focus is identifying growth opportunities, optimizing commercialization processes, and ensuring the portfolio delivers sustainable topline growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the NARTD portfolio strategy, ensuring sustainable topline and margin growth, effective DME allocation, and improved category profitability and brand P&L
- Define long-term portfolio priorities and integrate brand activity plans into a cohesive, cross‑channel calendar with clear execution priorities
- Collaborate with Channel, Sales, and Brand Owners teams to identify market‑specific needs and translate them into relevant marketing programs
- Align and integrate marketing activities into the annual marketing calendar and DME master plan
- Drive operationalization of brand platforms and NCPs into channel and customer plans, including performance evaluation
- Manage end‑to‑end commercialization of innovations, ensuring business case alignment, launch excellence, and strong ROI focus
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Commercial Excellence, and New Businesses to ensure smooth launches and timely delivery
- Oversee campaign execution with Brand Owners, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable business impact
- Continuously monitor portfolio performance and health, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
- Lead group‑wide portfolio initiatives, including LRPs, routines, and best practice sharing
- Build and lead a high‑performing team through transparent communication, capability development, and strong performance management
- Foster a diverse, customer‑centric team culture with a focus on talent development and engagement
Qualifications
- 10–12 years of experience in marketing, including managing and developing high‑performing teams
- Strong leadership skills: ability to Execute, Energize, Enable, Engage, and Envision
- Proven track record in shopper and consumer marketing
- Experience in managing complex, cross‑functional commercialization projects with operational excellence
- Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making skills with an ownership mindset
- Advanced analytical skills, including knowledge of markets, channels, KPIs, and P&L management
- Strong business acumen combined with a results‑oriented, action‑driven approach
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across internal and external partners
- Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative environments

We offer competitive employment conditions. Candidates who meet the requirements can expect a monthly base gross salary from 29 000 PLN gross. The final base pay level offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
