Lead Electrical Site Engineer

We are currently looking for a Lead Electrical Site Engineer at to be a fundamental part of Metlen's construction team for the Adamow CCGT Power Plant, based in Turek, Poland. Your role will encompass:

• Ensures that the subcontract erection works are performed according to the studies
• Supervise electrical subcontracting works
• Confirms that the quantities are erected according to the erection manuals
• Ensures that the works performed as per the time schedule
• Certifies the quantity of the installed equipment by the end of each month
• Participates in site meetings with the subcontractor
• Communicates any issue to the engineering department and provides solution to the subcontractor

What you bring to the role:

• University or Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction.
• Proven experience in electrical erection for large scale energy projects. Preferrable in Thermal Power Plants.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management
• Problem-solving
• Critical thinking
