Location: Lithuania, remote
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Product Sales Manager at a growing and ambitious company in the field of molecular biology / diagnostics.
Our client is seeking a dynamic professional with a scientific background and a passion for driving commercial success in the life sciences sector.
The ideal Candidate combines technical knowledge of molecular diagnostic technologies with strong interpersonal and business development skills . Their key role will be to expand the company’s presence primarily in Lithuania by building long-term relationships with customers, supporting innovative diagnostic projects, and promoting high-quality molecular biology reagents and solutions.
Expansion to other Baltic countries is planned as the market develops.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the company’s local growth and expansion.
- Drive sales and market presence of molecular diagnostic reagents through sample distribution, projects, and consultations.
- Identify prospective customers and build new business relationships while ensuring continued support and engagement with existing clients.
- Deliver impactful product presentations.
- Manage and update the CRM system regularly.
- Provide reports summarizing sales efforts, customer interactions, and project progress.
Key requirements
- Background in Molecular Biology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Diagnostics.
- Focus on state-of-the-art technologies related to diagnostics.
- Basic experience in molecular biology.
- Knowledge of the molecular diagnostic market - information about potential clients would be an asset.
- Familiarity with reimbursement system as a basis for further exploration of the topic.
- Understanding of procedures related to tenders.
- Excellent communication skills for building trust and long-term relationships.
- Proactive approach with passion for brand development through remote assistance.
- Eagerness to thrive in self-managed remote roles – a lot of independence in organizing work.
- Driving license.
- Languages: Lithuanian – native, English – fluent (written and spoken).
