Operations Customer Expert - Polish Market (relocation to Portugal)

The client is a Portuguese company specializing in road infrastructure management, including asset debt-related communication management, operation, maintenance and toll collection services.

Together with your colleagues you will perform customer service activities through direct digital channels (mail and phone), both in Polish and English, supporting customers by clarifying questions and ensuring revenue collection, debt communication, and/or service sales.

Requirements

• Native-level Polish proficiency;

• Fluency in English; minimum B2;

• Comfortable handling multiple customer interactions over the phone and via e-mail;

• Professional, yet friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons

• Providing support directly to drivers and transport logistics companies

• Clarifying questions related to road usage and regulations

• Ensuring accurate toll and revenue collection

• Promoting service sales when applicable

• Contributing to the achievement of the client’s objectives

Location: Porto, Portugal
Work model: On site
Schedule: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern 24/7
Remuneration: €998 gross per month, paid in 14 instalments, which is approximately €1,164 gross per month when averaged over 12 months

Salary + perks total: €1,318 gross
Relocation: Optional accommodation; room in a shared apartment with all bills included (€220 deduction per month) + bureaucratic support

Annual leave: 22 days
