Customer Support Specialist with English - Order Management

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Order Management, Order Management, Customer Service, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
• German language skills are a strong advantage, as the role supports the DACH market.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the MS Office package.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
