IT Project Manager

*** IT Project Manager - Long-term Contract - Remote *** RED now has a new contract opportunity for an IT Project Manager to join one of our key partners for a large-scale Finance Transformation Program. The initial contract will be for 12 months with scope for extension across multiple transformation projects. This contract is to start ASAP. The role will be remote, with occasional presence required in Cracow, Poland. Specific skills/experience required:
· 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in a corporate environment.
· 8+ years of experience within the IT industry.
· Strong experience delivering large-scale IT transformation and integration projects.
· Proven stakeholder management experience across both business and technical teams.
· Experience working in international and distributed environments.
· Strong reporting, governance, and communication skills, including senior stakeholder engagement.
· Experience with finance transformation initiatives and system integrations.
· Excellent communication skills in English.
· Ability to join within 14 days from offer. Nice to have:
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (Dynamics F&O).
· Experience supporting U.S.-based stakeholders.
· Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies. Candidates must be located in Poland and have the right to work within the EU. Reference
