Mechanical Design Engineer / Structural Analyst FEA

Your responsibilities

• Structural analysis during design definition and development phases.
• Trade off analysis for different design solutions.
• Linear and nonlinear structure analysis with the Finite Element Method (FEM).
• Analysis and evaluation of structural strength, stability, damage tolerance and fatigue.
• Preparation of calculation reports
• Providing and reviewing technical documentation.
• Presenting and reviewing analysis results.
• Technical lead of projects to validate assumptions, results and conclusions

Our requirements

• MSc/BSc degree in engineering
• Basic experience in structural analysis
• Standard stress methods knowledge.
• Good team spirit, autonomy, engaged.
• Problem-solving and communication skills
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher)
• Experience with FEM structural analysis software, such as Ansys or similar
• Knowledge of Eurocodes
• Experience in industry, process and piping structural analysis

We are looking for a Structural Analyst to join our Technical Analysis team at Elomatic. In this role, you will work on a variety of engineering projects for our customers. The position is based at our Łódź office in Poland.
