Your responsibilities

• Leading and operationally managing the Porsche Sprint Challenge Poland racing series project, in cooperation with the Porsche brand.
• Sporting and regulatory coordination, and ongoing cooperation with PZM and the Wielkopolska Automobile Club within the WSMP series.
• Overseeing the compliance of series regulations with PZM/FIA guidelines and Porsche one-make series standards.
• Overseeing the registration procedure, verifying entries, and ensuring the completeness of documentation and contracts with drivers and teams.
• Managing direct communication and building relationships with drivers and teams ahead of and during race weekends, as well as actively building and developing a racing talent pool around the series.
• Ensuring the highest standard of customer service in line with Porsche brand standards.
• Cooperating with the Race Director, coordinating scrutineering-related processes, and liaising with tire and spare parts suppliers.
• Working with the event team on organizing the event infrastructure, hospitality area, and branding.
• Overseeing the operational budget and project schedules.

Our requirements

• A completed university degree.
• Experience organizing motorsport events/racing series, or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry combined with solid motorsport knowledge.
• Familiarity with the realities of a race weekend and how one-make/brand cups operate.
• Experience in project work based on plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Fluent English, spoken and written (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Excellent personal conduct and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with HNWI/VIP clients.
• Independence, proactivity, resilience to stress, and excellent time management under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• A valid category B driving licence.
