For our Client, an international provider of business services and digital transformation solutions, we are looking for: Tax & Accounting Process Lead.
Location: Łódź (hybrid or 100% remote)
Responsibilities:
- Performing Finance & Accounting processes and tax activities within internal and external projects.
- Conducting data analysis and preparing clear overviews to support decision‑making.
- Leading and participating in client calls, including discussions and negotiations.
- Active involvement in tax-related projects.
- Designing, implementing and driving improvements across business processes.
- Supporting engagements related to tax processes.
- Participation in indirect tax projects (tax treatment reviews, process reviews, transitions of tax processes to the outsourcing partner).
- Contributing to a Continuous Improvement culture by identifying optimization opportunities and supporting best practices.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounting processes (RTR, OTC, PTP, Tax) or a similar role.
- Very good command of English (min. B2) — essential for client communication.
- Very good command of Polish (min. B2) — essential for client communication.
- Strong knowledge of SAP.
- Good command of MS Excel (reports, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, VBA maintenance).
- Proven experience in customer‑facing roles, including calls and negotiations.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach.
- Highly developed analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Project management experience considered a strong asset.
