Tech Lead (Java / Angular)

• Several years of professional experience in software development , including experience in a senior or technical leadership role.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Java and backend application development.
• Proven, recent experience working with Elasticsearch in a production environment .
• Good practical knowledge of Angular , including the ability to develop and confidently review frontend code.
• Strong experience with SQL and practical exposure to Snowflake .
• Experience working with multiple systems, APIs and application integrations.
• Good understanding of application architecture, distributed systems and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD and version control.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on development with technical leadership.
• Good command of English .
• Availability and commitment to join the project on a long-term basis, with an expected availability of at least 12 months

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lead Developer with strong expertise in Java, Angular and Elasticsearch to join a team responsible for developing and maintaining business-critical web applications in a complex, data-driven environment.

This is a technical leadership role for someone who enjoys staying close to the code. You will combine hands-on software development with technical leadership, architecture discussions, code reviews and ensuring high engineering standards across the applications.
