AI Engineer

We're looking for an AI Engineer to join an interdisciplinary product squad and take ownership of the design, development, and delivery of production-grade AI agent solutions. ️Fully remote work (from Poland) ️Full-time ️Start: ASAP Main tasks: Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI agent functionality Own the end-to-end integration of agentic components within existing platforms and infrastructure Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and Engineers to solve complex technical challenges Ensure solutions align with AI governance, security, and IT compliance standards Contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence practices Participate in Agile ceremonies as an active squad member Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience Strong Python development skills Experience designing and working with on-premise Kafka environments Practical expertise with Docker and Kubernetes Hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions in production Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) API management experience (Apigee preferred) Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing Experience with MLflow, Seldon, KFServing (or similar model serving platforms) Monitoring and AI observability experience, ideally with Arize Good English, at least B2/B2+ We offer a full-time employment contract Location – Poland; work model – remote Stable and long-term cooperation Well-defined career path at the European leader in engineering & IT consulting Opportunity to relocate and work in different ALTEN Polska branches After completion of the project, opportunity to engage in a subsequent one within the company Introduction and cooperation with dedicated Competences Manager Benefits Medicover medical care Medicover dental care Medicover Benefits platform Medicover Sport card Referral Program Layette for a newborn employee’s child Group life insurance Pension scheme We also offer cooperation based on a B2B or Contract of mandate (UZ).
