Junior Software Engineer, Product Simulations

We are looking for software engineers to help build a gamified replica of the internet to train AI agents via reinforcement learning. Backed by $5M in seed funding from Index Ventures, AI Grant, and Naval Ravikant, they work with top LLM labs under 7-figure contracts. Roles and Responsibilities

• Build diverse, high-fidelity web apps based on spec
• Collaborate with agent trainers to integrate workflows
• Use AI tools to automate and speed up development
• Rapid iteration with a focus on function and realism over polish

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of frontend/full-stack experience
• Proficient in React and TypeScript
• Strong UI/UX intuition
• Experience with complex state management
• Experience with relational databases
• Strong portfolio or side projects
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Responsive and comfortable working across time zones
• Highly active GitHub profile
• Please ensure the candidate has a Computer Science (CS) degree from a well-ranked institution if you're submitting them for Software Engineering (SWE) roles.
• A CS degree is must
