We're looking for a Frontend React/Next.js Developer with an AI mindset who wants to work on products at the intersection of modern frontend engineering and generative AI.

About the Project

You'll join a team working with a leading enterprise AI platform helping organizations evaluate, monitor, and improve the reliability and performance of AI systems deployed in production environments.

This is a client-facing role. You'll collaborate directly with client engineers, product teams, and stakeholders while helping deliver business-critical solutions. Excellent communication skills and fluent English are essential, as you'll participate in technical discussions and day-to-day collaboration with international teams.

Must-have Technical Skills

• 3–5 years of commercial experience building applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of modern Next.js development, including App Router.

• Good understanding of React Server Components and Server Actions.

• Experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.

• Experience integrating AI-powered functionality into products.

• Hands-on experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic APIs.

• Familiarity with:

  • streaming responses,

  • structured outputs,

  • tool calling,

  • prompt engineering fundamentals.

• Experience working with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills and active listening.

• Ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.

• Ownership mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.

• English at C1 level or higher (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Vercel AI SDK.

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).

• Exposure to Agent SDKs.

• Experience building RAG-based solutions.

• Previous experience in consulting environments.

What You Will Do

Build Modern Applications

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and performant frontend solutions.

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product stakeholders.

Build AI-Powered Features

• Integrate OpenAI and Anthropic models into production applications.

• Develop AI-powered workflows and user experiences.

• Implement streaming, tool usage, and structured outputs.

Collaborate with Clients

• Participate in technical discussions and project workshops.

• Work directly with client stakeholders and engineering teams.

• Help translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Grow as an AI Engineer

• Learn modern AI engineering practices from experienced team members.

• Gain hands-on experience building real-world AI-powered products.

• Contribute to projects at the forefront of AI adoption.
