Intern - Digital Innovation

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a digital innovation intern for a 12-month role in Krakow supporting AI and technology initiatives. The intern will assist in business analysis, create proof-of-concepts, and help translate technological ideas into practical solutions that enhance decision-making and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support prioritized AI and technology initiatives to accelerate innovation efforts
• Conduct business analysis including requirements clarification and use case management with stakeholders
• Create user stories for ideas and deliverables to support design and implementation planning
• Develop proof-of-concepts using tools such as Copilot and Salesforce Agents for automation exploration

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed STEM degree (data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, information systems, or related field)
• Interest in data, AI, automation, and technology applied to business problems
• Analytical thinking with ability to structure information and ask clarifying questions
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting findings
• Collaborative and proactive mindset with ability to work in team environments
