Your responsibilities, Own the full design process from sketches and wireframes to prototypes and final product delivery, Lead design initiatives within Product + Engineering + Design teams, Create intuitive UX/UI solutions for B2B SaaS products, Improve user workflows and simplify complex processes, Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation, Build and maintain scalable Design Systems, Conduct usability testing and user research interviews, Analyze user feedback and turn insights into better product experiences, Collaborate in Agile product teams with global stakeholders, Help shape product strategy and influence product decisions, Create prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and polished UI designs, Work asynchronously with international distributed teams

4+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design within B2B SaaS, Strong experience with UX/UI design, user flows, prototyping, and design thinking, Experience working in Agile environments, Good understanding of front-end technologies and development limitations, Strong communication and collaboration skills, User-focused mindset with passion for solving real customer problems, Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership, Experience with Design Systems and usability testing, Comfortable working with remote and international teams, Nice to have experience with enterprise platforms and complex workflows
