Engineering Team Leader

In our structure, each business area and multiple SCRUM teams are overseen by a Program Manager. Each team consists of a Team Leader, developers, and testers, supported by a Product Manager and Scrum Master.Our team is leading the strategic modernization of XTB’s core trading server.
