Simulation Engineer - Physicochemical Modelling (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities

• Developing and validating models based on physico-chemical data for various processes
• Optimizing manufacturing processes using simulation and model-based approaches
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate process models with automation systems
• Utilizing tools such as gPROMS, Aspen, or AVEVA Process Simulation for modeling tasks
• Designing and tuning control loops for advanced process control applications
• Implementing optimization solutions in production environments based on historical and real-time data

Our requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, or Process Engineering
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with process modeling, including steady-state and dynamic simulations
• Proficiency in using simulation tools such as gPROMS, Aspen, or AVEVA Process Simulation
• Strong understanding of digital twin concepts and their application in production processes
• Experience in process optimization and control loop design
• Advanced level of English

Optional

• Familiarity with Digital Twin technology
• Experience with SIMATIC systems
• Background in the pharmaceutical, chemical or food and beverage industries

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Simulation Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work on innovative projects involving physico-chemical modeling and process optimization, particularly in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals and contribute to the development of advanced simulation solutions. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Poland.
