We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building long-term partnerships within the iGaming and GameDev industries.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Responsibilities
Identify and attract new clients in the iGaming and GameDev markets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients and partners.
Conduct negotiations, presentations, and online meetings.
Understand clients' business needs and offer tailored solutions.
Prepare commercial proposals and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline until contract signing.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
Collaborate closely with the Sales, Lead Generation, and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth client acquisition process.
Requirements
Proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales within the iGaming and/or GameDev industries .
Strong understanding of outsourcing and outstaffing business models.
Successful track record of acquiring new clients and closing deals.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
Results-driven, proactive, and able to manage the full sales cycle independently.
