Your responsibilities, Provide support to office users with their daily IT-related issues., Diagnose and resolve problems related to computer hardware, mobile phones, and peripheral devices., Support users with Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office)., Assist with network devices and IT infrastructure support., Provide technical support for meeting rooms and video conferencing systems., Prepare, configure, and distribute IT equipment to employees., Maintain inventory records of IT and mobile devices., Collaborate with local and international IT teams., Participate in projects focused on improving and enhancing IT services.

•Student or graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field., •Interest in IT technologies and a willingness to develop in the field of end-user support., •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., •Self-motivation, responsibility, and good organizational skills., •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business users., , Basic knowledge of:, •Windows operating systems,, •Microsoft 365 applications,, •Computer hardware and mobile devices,, •Computer networking fundamentals., , Language requirements:, •English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, enabling effective written and verbal communication, collaboration with international teams, understanding technical documentation, and supporting English-speaking users., •Polish proficiency, enabling effective communication with local users and stakeholders, providing day-to-day support, and working with Polish-language documentation., , Nice to Have, •Knowledge of ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, or Active Directory., •Experience working in an international environment., •Previous experience gained through university projects, internships, or part-time IT-related work.
