Low-Latency Trading Platform Engineer

Caladan is looking for a Trading Platform Engineer to keep our order flow fast, observable, and dependable. You will build the tooling the trading platform runs on and own the latency path end to end, working with the desk as the first line of response during production issues.

You’ll develop features for trading platform tools, build monitoring, participate in on-call, and drive automation and reliability across Linux-based systems and kernel-bypass networking. This is a hands-on role in Kraków.
