ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to take technical ownership of a new iOS product from the ground up. This person drives greenfield development independently, turning product needs into engineering decisions while building familiarity with iOS and low-level technology as needed. Comfort supervising AI-assisted development and verifying implementation quality is essential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Take technical ownership of a new product for iOS.

- Drive greenfield implementation, turning product needs into manageable engineering tasks and technical decisions.

- Develop the product using Flutter and build understanding of the surrounding iOS and low-level technology context as needed.

- Resolve unfamiliar technical problems through investigation, collaboration, and supervised use of AI tools.

- Use Claude Code in daily development while retaining responsibility for the correctness and quality of delivered implementations.

- Contribute to adjacent engineering tasks, including build and delivery workflows, when required.

MUST HAVES

- Strong hands-on Flutter engineering skills, with at least 3 years of experience .

- Ability to lead greenfield product development and take technical ownership as the single engineer allocated to the product.

- Critical thinking: break complex problems into clear steps, identify unknowns, and ask useful questions of teammates and AI agents.

- Ability to supervise AI-assisted development, review generated code, and verify that implementations achieve the intended result.

- Willingness to learn and contribute outside the primary stack, including C++ packages, front-end tasks, and CI/CD , when product needs require it.

- Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

- High-level understanding of LLVM, Swift, and C++.

- Familiarity with iOS development and the associated build ecosystem.

- Experience with application hardening, code obfuscation, runtime protection, or developer tooling.
