Twój zakres obowiązków

• Serve as the EPCI Director for a large scale offshore wind farm project
• Lead and manage all EPCI packages throughout the development, contracting, design and construction phases
• Provide leadership to the EPCI project team within the overall project organization
• Develop, review and execute procurement strategies for EPCI contracting
• Build and manage the EPCI budget, schedule and resource plan
• Collaborate closely with all project functions, including engineering, permitting, legal, certification, communications, ESG, planning, finance, quality and HSE
• Monitor progress, performance and reporting within the EPCI scope
• Support the process of obtaining corporate approvals and required permits
• Conduct continuous risk identification and mitigation across all EPCI packages
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, corporate standards and safety/environmental regulations
• Support activities related to securing project financing
• Build strong supplier relationships, monitor market trends and participate actively in procurement processes
• Provide input to project decision making and prepare recommendations for EPCI packages
• Ensure proactive contract and procurement management by Package Managers and their teams

Nasze wymagania

• Higher technical education (civil, mechanical, electrical engineering or related field)
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within offshore wind projects
• Minimum 10 years of experience in delivering major infrastructure or offshore construction projects (Offshore Wind or Oil & Gas), including at least 5 years in offshore wind
• Knowledge of project management and risk management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent qualifications are an advantage)
• Hands on experience in developing and executing EPCI packages for offshore wind (preferably in roles such as Engineering Manager and/or Package Manager)
• Minimum 10 years of team management experience
• Understanding of Polish offshore wind regulations
• Strong knowledge of the local and global offshore market, with a focus on the EPCI supply chain
• Solid understanding of offshore wind farm development processes and EPCI package specifics
• Excellent command of English, both technical and business, suitable for work in an international project environment
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills
• High level of business accountability and delivery focus
• Commitment to continuous learning and teamwork
• Category B driving licence
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Project sites, Suppliers, Partner offices

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic EPCI Director to lead the full scope of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation activities for a major offshore wind farm project. The successful candidate will oversee all EPCI packages from development through construction and handover to operations, ensuring safe, timely and cost effective delivery.
