About the Role
We are seeking a  Private Capital Liabilities Specialist to join our client's team. The successful candidate will support operations related to French Private Equity and Real Estate (PE&RE) funds, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Process distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, successions, and other payment-related tasks for French PE&RE funds in line with procedures

• Manage fund movements and cash reconciliations, while tracking relevant fees

• Prepare internal and external reports, including KPIs and client deliverables

• Maintain communication with internal teams, clients, and external counterparties

• Act as first point of contact for various clients

• Support continuous improvements by identifying risks, proposing process enhancements, and contributing to procedure updates

• Manage team email boxes and assist in internal reporting initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, securities services, or property sector

• Strong working knowledge of French and English (minimum C1)

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team

• Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Proactive and eager to take on new challenges

• Good understanding of Private Equity and Real Estate funds would be adventageous
