QA / Test Lead

Your responsibilities, Define and maintain the overall test strategy, test approach, and test plans., Lead and coordinate testing activities across the project, ensuring adequate test coverage and timely execution., Oversee functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities., Ensure that testing processes, documentation, and results meet project standards and relevant quality requirements., Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify potential risks early., Manage defect reporting, prioritization, tracking, and resolution in collaboration with the development team., Monitor test progress, quality metrics, risks, and dependencies, providing clear status updates to project stakeholders., Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, testing practices, and overall quality assurance., Support release readiness assessments and provide input into go/no-go decisions., Mentor and support QA team members, promoting consistent testing standards and best practices.

Proven 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, including experience in a QA Lead, Test Lead, or similar role, Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test planning, test execution, and defect management., Experience coordinating testing activities within complex IT projects and working with cross-functional teams., Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective test scenarios and strategies., Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills., Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., Experience with test management and defect tracking tools, such as Jira and Xray, Zephyr, or similar., A proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving issues, and improving quality processes., Good command of English, enabling effective communication in an international project environment.

Optional, Experience working on projects within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry., Familiarity with regulated environments and quality standards relevant to the pharmaceutical sector, such as GxP and computerized system validation (CSV), where applicable., Experience with test automation strategies and collaboration with automation engineers., Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working in multidisciplinary team.
