Site Contracts Negotiator

ICON seeks a Site Contracts Negotiator in Poland to manage Clinical Trial Agreements and site budgets with investigator sites. The role involves independent contract negotiation across multiple studies, working with Polish sites and internal teams to achieve compliant, timely agreements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate Clinical Trial Agreements, amendments, and site budgets directly with investigator sites
• Manage contract language review and negotiation aligned with sponsor and regulatory requirements
• Oversee portfolio of simultaneous contracts, tracking progress and resolving delays
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Study Start-Up teams to resolve contractual matters
• Maintain documentation of negotiations and agreements in clinical trial systems

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish and English
• Bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in site contracting, contract negotiation, or administration in CRO or pharmaceutical setting
• Understanding of Clinical Trial Agreements and site budget negotiations
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple contracts independently with attention to detail
