Proven experience in IT leadership combined with strong hands-on technical background. Ability and willingness to “roll up sleeves” and directly engage in technical work when required. Experience working in fast-paced, scaling or startup-like environments. Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem: Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365. Strong knowledge of Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls). Experience with endpoint and device management. Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python). Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices. Experience operating in distributed, multi-location, international environments. Excellent communication skills and fluent English. High ownership mindset, pragmatism, and attention to detail. Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Knowledge of MDM solutions (e.g. Workspace ONE). Familiarity with VoIP systems (Amazon Connect, Zoom, SBC). Broader exposure to security domains (network security, IAM, security tooling). Experience supporting engineering or software development teams.
